Joash took his mmrv vaccination very bravely.
It will protect him from mumps, measles, rubella and chicken pox. He didn't flinch when the needle went in nor did he cry.
Dr Liew and us were so surprised.
Joash learnt to put objects into containers too and knows how to keep his toys when prompted to. =)
Joash knows how to clasp his hands when praying. Thanks to grandma who taught him while Daddy and Mummy were in Bangkok.
Joash celebrated his first birthday at Villa Marina clubhouse. Many friends and relatives turned up for the joyous occasion. Joash was especially happy during the photo taking session where everyone cheered him on to clap hands. He clapped for almost half an hour! =)

Joash had a fun filled day today, starting with a play date with Suzie, who was born same day as him. Both seemed to be playing in their own world and oblivious to each other's presence. So cute, as they were alike in so many ways. Similar antics made Aunty Cheryl and mummy laugh. =)
In the evening, Aunty Shi Rui and Uncle Jon came to visit too, as they could not make it to Joash's birthday this Saturday. We all had a wonderful time of catching up. Joash too, was enjoying himself, attempting to get a hold of Uncle Jon's hair. Haha...
Joash went out with mummy today to baby spa. He has two more sessions to go before graduating to the actual pool.
Joash gets a haircut a week before his first birthday. =) He was very brave to have stayed very still during the cut and not cry. He was even more fascinated by the sounds and sights that were going on.
